We reply in English, Arabic, French or Spanish, usually within 2 business days. Safety reports are prioritised.

Help us help you faster

When you write to us, please include:

• your player ID (found in the app under Settings → About);
• your device model and operating system (for example, "iPhone 15, iOS 19" or "Samsung Galaxy A55, Android 15");
• the app version (also under Settings → About);
• the game you were playing and what happened, with a screenshot if possible.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email.

Reporting a player

The quickest way to report someone is the Report button on the match screen, which sends us the match details automatically. You can also mute or block a player at any time from the same screen.

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.

Purchases and refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds must be requested from the store you bought from:

• App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Google Play refund help

If a purchase didn't arrive in the app, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Deleting your data

You can delete your online data in the app from Settings → Privacy → Delete my data, or email [email protected] with your player ID. Parents can make requests on behalf of their children. See our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy & Age Policy for details.
